Drawings, Calculations and Permits

For all projects requiring approval, complete plans and calculations are included to submit, bid and build your project, permit guaranteed.  Any revisions required by the Building Department, or any errors or omissions in the drawings will be corrected and reprinted at no extra charge.

For both Remodels and New Homes, typical Construction Documents consist of:

Floor Plan(s), a Site Plan, a Foundation Plan, Floor and Roof Framing Plans, Cross Sections, Exterior Elevations, an Electrical Schematic, Construction Notes and Details, and Title 24 Energy Compliance Calculations in most cases.  If Structural Engineering is necessary, you can retain an Engineer of your own choosing, or we can utilize one from our group of consultants and incorporate their specifications and details into your plans.

Additional services such as preliminary drawings, material take-offs, or realistic color 3D renderings of the interior or exterior of your project are available and can be estimated after an initial consultation.
